We will give you an Action Plan or recommended treatment and advise, one thing you can be assured on is that this is based around established clinical guidelines and will never include more treatment than we genuinely think is necessary. For most conditions this is usually between 3 to 6 treatments, the exception being for spinal decompression which generally requires more sessions for maximum results

We then formulate and give you a treatment plan (Action Plan) to take home, this include written advice, we usually start this at your initial appointment. If there are any exercises for you to do we can arrange for video clips and detailed hand outs to be emailed to you. You will then be invited to pay for treatment (if you are self finding) and booking a follow up appointment(s) appropriate to you.

I have been to spine plus multiple time for different problems. Today, I went back for my back. Juan is been amazing. He did acupuncture and massage the area. My muscles are relaxed and I feel much better; ready to go back to my running. Even in the past Juan and his colleagues solved all my problems with neck and vertigo. I trust them and I will definitely come back.

I developed a shoulder problem with rock climbing and I went to see Juan at the clinic. Juan assess me and ask me some questions, he started my treatment with acupuncture following by manipulation to release some knots deep into my shoulder. I highly recommend him for his professionalism and for giving me many advices.

I reached out to spine plus with spinal and hip pain that was just not budging. I was provided Rodrigo’s details and the whole process from beginning to end was flawless. In the first session Rodrigo said “my aim is to get you to not need to come back” which is something I have heard many times from chiropractors, however this time that felt like his genuine intention. Providing me with treatment as well as educating me on how to prevent pain in the future. Today I feel in a much better position and able to get on with my life again. Thank you Rodrigo!

When you step foot into any of our clinics, I promise you three things:
1. Patients Come First – The most important part of everything we do, is you. No matter who you are, everyone is a priority in our clinics. We know you on a first term basis and, you will never be seen as just a number or a name on our list.
2. Transparency – We have totally transparent attitude to the service we provide, we are always open and honest with our advice. All the therapy team are hand picked and trained by me. Our clinics are equipped with the latest therapy technologies from gold standard brands. You’ll never see gimmicky products, machines or services our clinics nor will we try and sell you bogus treatments that don’t work. If we don’t think something is worthwhile we won’t advocate it or have it in our clinics.
3. We Never Stop Evolving – Our constant goal has always been and will continue to be to improve the experience for our patients, whether this involves expanding the services we offer or improving our skills and knowledge, we’re always adding benefits and services to serve our patients best.
