Spine Plus (at The Air Yoga Studio) South Woodford
Our South Woodford Clinic opened in February 2011. The clinic is located within South Woodford's newest Yoga and Pilates Studio - THE AIR YOGA STUDIO. The studio is directly opposite The Railway Bell pub and the Switch bar and near to Argos Lighting. Patients should note that there is a flight of stairs to the studio reception and treatment room.

Parking
Parking meters are located immediately outside the studio on George Lane or on the viaduct / flyover joining the two sides of George Lane. Parking on the meters costs approximately 60 pence per half hour before 6.30pm, after this time parking is free. The are also nearby NCP car parks.
